I first got into cutting hair during a summer job in England while I was at university. It excited me so much that I bought my own clippers and practised on myself first, then on friends. After university I took an office job, but I soon realised it wasn’t for me. I quit and went to Australia, where I worked in a barbershop for two years. Back in Třinec, I found my place at BRADKA.

I’m a perfectionist and I care about the details. I can tell whether a client wants to chat or just relax in peace. No forced conversations. In my free time I do photography, tennis and Thai boxing.

He started at home with clippers in hand, plenty of mistakes and, above all, the drive to get better every day. He got into barbering during covid, when he started cutting his friends’ hair, and hundreds of hours of self-study helped him build his own style. From his first cuts at home and in the garden he moved on to his own barber corner and then to the BRADKA team, where he still works today.

Besides barbering he is into fitness and creating content. What he likes most about the job is the human touch and a relaxed atmosphere. He believes a good barber is not just about the perfect cut but above all about making the client feel good and want to come back.

Hi, I’m Oliver. I’ve been barbering for four years now. I started at secondary school, where I trained as a hairdresser, and gradually found out that barbering is what I really enjoy. I like meeting people most, a relaxed atmosphere, a chat during the cut and the moment when a client can switch off for a while. Nothing makes me happier than a client who leaves satisfied and comes back after a while.

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll most often find me on the field playing American football or at the computer with friends.
